During this difficult time, The Wanderful Soul is adapting to the possibility of shut downs and delays to our printing process. The situation is always changing so please come back to this section for more information when making a purchase from us. We appreciate your patience & support during this uncertain time!

 

Are you still taking new orders?

Although our printers in the US were temporarily shut down in March due to the Stay-at-Home orders, we are back up and are processing orders with delays from countries who are accepting incoming mail.

Are there delays for new orders?

Update May 12, 2020: Our printers are experiencing longer delays and fulfillment time is anywhere from 20 – 25 business days due to increased order volume and reduced worker capacity to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We greatly appreciate your patience & support during this uncertain time!

Update May 5, 2020: Our printers are experiencing longer delays and fulfillment time is anywhere from 17 – 23 business days due to increased order volume and reduced worker capacity to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We greatly appreciate your patience & support during this uncertain time!

Update May 1, 2020: Our printers are experiencing longer delays and fulfillment time is anywhere from 15 – 20 business days due to increased order volume and reduced worker capacity to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Update April 28, 2020: We are experiencing longer delays and fulfillment time is anywhere from 14 – 17 business days.

Update April 22, 2020: We are now experiencing delays and fulfillment time is anywhere from 12 – 16 business days.

Because the situation is always changing, you may experience a longer processing time of up to 20 days. So far, are fulfillment centers have shipped out orders in our regular processing time, but please be advised that delays can occur.

Are you shipping worldwide?

Due to restrictions put in place by different countries around the globe, we’re disabling shipping to the following countries because they no longer accept incoming mail:

Angola, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Gambia, Guatemala, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Malawi, Moldova, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, American Samoa, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman islands, Chad, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.

If you placed an order from one of these countries, we’ll be refunding your order until further notice.

Where is my order being printed and processed from?

The printer we use has fulfillment centers in California and North Carolina. With the shelter in place orders, their facilities in LA and Charlotte are working at basic capacity. Here’s what that means: 

  • The fulfillment teams are working on a voluntary basis. Everyone who is healthy and willing to work is welcome to. Those who can are already working from home.
  • They are working at a reduced capacity, so production will take longer than usual.
  • They are taking extra measures to keep their fulfillment teams safe. They’re staggering shifts, maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, setting up partitions at tables in break rooms, and distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves. 
  • In Charlotte, they have set up an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone.

They will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, local governments, and health agencies and adapt their facility operations accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you price your apparel?

All of our apparel is printed in the USA on t-shirts that are made from high quality materials manufactured from ethical brands.

We choose to only use companies who are sweatshop free and do not use low quality materials that would lower the cost. All apparel is made to order and we make sure to print them in the USA only which adds more cost to our production.

We also donate 10% of our proceeds to various organizations to help protect preserved natural and historial sites. So every purchase you make helps support the environment and our history! You can read more here.

What fabrics do you use for your apparel?

We do a mix of printing our apparel on 100% cotton and on a tri-blend fabric which have different variant amounts of combed / ring-spun cotton, rayon, and polyester depending on the t-shirt. We are moving towards more 100% cotton options, but still choose a tri-blend on some designs for multiple reasons:

  1. Cotton lends both comfort and durability to the fabric
  2. Polyester retains shape and elasticity
  3. Rayon makes for a softer texture and drapes against the body for a slimming look.

Our apparel was designed for the outdoors lifestyle and with this tri-blend fabric it creates a lighter tee so it won’t feel so clingy & hot during activities like hiking,  it stretches for better movement, it retains shape so it won’t shrink in the wash, and it is durable so it will be good for years of wear!

Where are your products printed?

All of our apparel and poster prints are made to order and are printed in the USA with Printful. Depending on your location, your order may ship from Los Angeles, California or Charlotte, North Carolina.

How ethical is your manufacturing process?
We print our apparel using only ethical brands. Currently, our designs are printed on blanks from:
 

  • Bella + Canvas
    100% sweatshop-free and eco-friendly production. Apparel manufactured in Bangladesh, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Their headquarters in Los Angeles are solar-powered, and the Bella + Canvas warehouse located there is 100% paper-free.
  • Gildan
    Sweatshop free. Garment dyeing and yarn spinning takes places in the USA. Manufactures in Honduras, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, Mexico.
  • American Apparel
    Designed in Los Angleles, sweatshop free. Acquired by Gildan in 2017. After Gildan’s acquisition of American Apparel, some of the most popular products will continue to be manufactured in the USA, while other products will be made in Honduras.
  • Anvil
    Sweatshop free. Acquired by Gildan in 2012. Manufacturing process (controlled by Gildan): yarns, mostly made of US cotton, are sent to textile facilities in Honduras and the Dominican Republic; cut parts are sewn in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, and Nicaragua; Gildan also operates a small facility in Bangladesh.
  • Tultex
    North American made tee shirts, manufactured in one factory from spinning through finished garments. Tultex uses only U.S. grown ring-spun cotton in its cotton products.
Is your printing process eco-friendly?

Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology through Printful. In addition, the inks used are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. 

Printful uses CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

Are your shipping materials eco-friendly?

Our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable, minimizing waste. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. Our mailers are recyclable polyethylene which some curbside pickups may not accept. How does The Wanderful Soul give back?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly exchange an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 14 days (international returns) once purchase is received. Because each item is made to order, we will offer you store credit in the amount of the item returned, minus shipping charges. Items should be in the original condition.

 

How do I return an item?

Send us a message through our contact form within 7 days of the arrival of the item. We will be happy to exchange the item or offer you store credit for the amount of the item, minus original shipping charges and duties paid..

How will I be refunded?

We will offer you store credit in the amount of the item purchased minus original shipping charges and duties paid.

How long until my refund is processed?

Once your Return arrives back to us, please allow 72 hours for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.

Can I return a sale item?

All Sale Items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offers Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items.  

Can I return a custom piece?

All items that were customized and purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offers Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Pieces.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item please contact us to discuss what steps to take. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.  

What if i received an incorrect item?

If you have received an item you did not order please contact us.

Do I have to pay to ship my return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.  

RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept a return of an item which has not been worn or used in anyway and is returned in it’s original condition, for a store credit only. Please return within 14 business days for United States and 21 Business days for International from the date you received the parcel. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund and are final sale. The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. The Wanderful Soul is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refunded item within 72 hours of the arrival of the returned item, followed by a confirmation email. The Wanderful Soul reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

SHIPPING

All items are made to order and can take up to 14 days maximum to ship after payment is received; not including weekends or holidays. This means that your piece is being made especially for you. We appreciate your patience. If you have questions about the processing time for a certain item, please contact us.

We ship WORLDWIDE. See rates below. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list, if applicable.

For tracking purposes a signature may be required on delivery for international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.

SHIPPING COSTS:

USPS DOMESTIC FIRST CLASS MAIL (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES) – $5+ no signature required – delivers within 3-5 days. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY MAIL (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES) – $6+ no signature required – delivers within 1-3 days. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

USPS DOMESTIC EXPRESS MAIL (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES) – $21+ no signature required – delivers within 1-2 days. First Class Mail. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* signature required – First Class International Mail $15.00+ (USD). Delivery between 12-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). Please allow The Wanderful Soul 3-9 business days to ship your order/send your tracking number. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped. For parcels going to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland, full tracking is available here. For countries other than Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland, there is only basic tracking available. Basic tracking means you can check if your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered. Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 21 business days since your order was lodged. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you via PayPal, The Wanderful Soul is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.

Customs/Import Taxes for international customers:
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. The Wanderful Soul will declare full $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately The Wanderful Soul can not put a lower value on the parcel.
